Senior Technical Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Configure and deploy automation functional testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Skills Requirements:

• Proficient in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies

• 13-15 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
