Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to US clients and ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business goals.
  
• Collaborate with project leads to manage scope, delivery, and client expectations.
  
• Define analytics strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs for successful BI delivery.
  
• Translate business needs into actionable dashboard and data model solutions.
  

Analytics Architecture & BI Delivery

• Lead the design and optimization of Tableau-first BI solutions.
  
• Oversee BI development across Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
  
• Ensure best practices in LODs, UX, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  
• Implement dashboard governance, security, and publishing standards.
  
• Integrate BI ecosystems with Snowflake and modern cloud platforms.
  
• Evaluate AI-driven analytics tools to enhance capabilities.
  

Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor a team of DV&A consultants.
  
• Establish delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
  
• Conduct technical reviews and upskill the team across Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
  
• Ensure efficient, collaborative execution across all technical workstreams.
  

Business Development & Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand analytics offerings for clients.
  
• Support proposals, demos, and thought leadership initiatives.
  
• Represent the practice at client workshops and industry events.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• 10+ years in data visualization and BI solution delivery.
  
• Expert-level Tableau skills (advanced calcs, LODs, optimization, UX).
  
• Strong experience with Power BI and/or Qlik.
  
• Strong SQL and experience preparing analytic datasets.
  
• Experience integrating BI tools with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL.
  
• Familiarity with Python, R, or AI-assisted analytics.
  
• Experience implementing BI governance, metadata, and security.
  

Leadership & Consulting Skills

• Proven track record leading BI modernization initiatives.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client management abilities.
  
• Experienced people leader with mentoring and team management capability.
  
• Prior consulting or client-facing BI leadership experience preferred.
