Job Description

Position: HR Data Analyst/ MIS Executive

Work Location : Pune

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Role & responsibilities

Design MIS reports, Dashboards, PPTs as per HR/TAG requirement.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR/TA MIS processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage the HR/TA MIS system, ensuring its efficiency, accuracy, and security.
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, providing insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR team members to understand their data needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and implementing necessary corrections.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead related projects.
Worked as MIS Analyst, prepared various kind of Internal and External Reports.
Experience in working on different kind of reports like TA dashboard, Budgeting/Forecasting report,MRM/QRM reports etc.
Proven experience in HR/TA MIS, with a focus on process design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of HR/TA systems and databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Analytics Tool Power BI, Advanced Excel, Excel Graph, Excel Pivot, Pivot chart
