Senior Technical Lead

• Responsible for leading and managing a team of SFDC, ASM(L2/L3), and Lightning Certification developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in the design, architecture, and development of new features and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
• Implement best practices and standards for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Salesforce platform.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing activities, such as conducting training sessions and workshops, to upskill the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Platform Development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
