Senior Technical Lead

The Senior Technical Lead is a crucial position responsible for overseeing technology aspects in intricate development projects. Your role will involve offering technical guidance to a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes, and aligning technological solutions with the organization's objectives. This will involve optimizing performance, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and ultimately facilitating successful project delivery. Furthermore, it will be essential for you to ensure process compliance in the assigned module by actively participating in technical discussions and reviews. As a consultant for feasibility studies, you will analyze technical alternatives, assess the best packages, and identify any technical risks. Collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will also be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate the closure of escalations effectively. In terms of skill requirements, you are expected to be proficient in Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate with an advanced understanding of microservices architecture. Additionally, you should possess in-depth knowledge of RESTful API development and integration, along with solid experience in performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications. A strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools is crucial, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
