Technical Writer – Systems Documentation & Visualization
We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to document our platform’s architecture, dependencies, and health through clear reports and visualizations. Your work will inform technical teams and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Leadership to gather insights.
Create system documentation with:
Node diagrams (architecture, module relationships)
Sankey diagrams (data/module dependencies)
Heatmaps, spider/radar charts (component health & maturity)
Risk dashboards (track system-level risks)
Document workflows, microservices, and tools built on Symfony, Vue.js, and PIMCore.
Maintain a version-controlled, evolving knowledge base for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Experience in technical writing for software products/platforms.
Understanding of web architectures and B2C e-commerce systems.
Familiarity with Symfony, Vue.js, or PIMCore (preferred).
Proficiency in Lucidchart, Draw.io, Mermaid, D3.js, or Power BI.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex systems.
Knowledge of Agile, Git, and product documentation best practices.
Bonus
Background in software engineering or system architecture.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Chart.js, Tableau).
Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
