Senior Technical Architect - Consumer Goods

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full implementation lifecycle of enterprise applications within the Retail & Consumer Goods industry. Your responsibilities will involve solutioning, designing, and building Salesforce Industry-specific solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure the success of customer projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions. - Possess expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging with Enterprise Architects and business partners to shape architectural vision and establish program architectural roadmap. - Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with clients and third-party partners. - Guide customers, partners, and implementation teams on digital transformation using the Salesforce platform. - Establish trust with customers" leadership, promoting standard processes with Salesforce Industries and Salesforce. - Develop sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology and Force.com platform. - Research, recommend, and implement AppExchange applications and Salesforce upgrades to meet business needs. - Create custom enterprise applications using Salesforce.com and integrate Salesforce.com with other enterprise systems. - Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions that align with client requirements. - Identify and address risk areas in solutions proactively and follow through to completion. **Qualifications Required:** - 14+ years of experience in developing technology solutions. - 3+ years of experience in client-facing projects and systems development. - Expertise in Salesforce Retail and Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity Omnistudio. - Proficiency in domains such as Trade Promotion Management & Optimization, Account Planning, Retail Execution, Salesforce maps, and Sales Agreement. - Strong knowledge of Integration Architecture, REST & SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and Governor limits. - Experience with continuous integration, Git repositories, and architecting large-scale applications. - Understanding of Solution architecting & Estimation process. - Familiarity with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web and mobile technologies. - Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, Service Clouds, Application Architect). - OmniStudio Developer/Consultant experience.,
