Senior Technical Analyst

Candidates for this position should possess expertise as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their respective fields, demonstrating proficiency across various SaaS modules/applications and the ability to lead teams effectively. It is essential to maintain a positive attitude, excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer interfacing skills. Enthusiasm for learning new applications, devising innovative solutions for customers, and troubleshooting Oracle HCM modules are key requirements. Familiarity with Fast Formula is preferred, along with the capability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Applicants should have hands-on experience in at least 3 HCM modules, either in implementation or L1/L2 level support. Technical skills in PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, Web Services, Rest APIs, FBDI/HDL/HCM Extracts/HSDL, and OIC Integrations/Interfaces are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 9+ years of experience in SaaS/Oracle Fusion Cloud, with prior EBS experience considered a plus. The responsibilities of this role include close interaction with global customers, collaboration with Oracle Product support, timely delivery coordination with project team members, and providing regular status and issue reports to project managers/clients. The incumbent will lead technical aspects of system development life cycles for both large projects and small enhancements.
