Senior Technical Analyst

As a Technical Analyst in our FinTech domain, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving the analysis, design, and implementation of our complex FinTech products. With over 7 years of progressive experience in technical roles, you will be adept at understanding intricate financial processes and translating them into detailed technical requirements to support development teams through the software development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to elicit and document complex business requirements for new features and products within the FinTech domain. You will conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications, and facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive information. Additionally, you will work closely with architects and development teams to technically analyze requirements, define scalable solutions, and create detailed technical specification documents. Your expertise in SQL for data analysis, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience with API specifications will be invaluable in ensuring seamless system interoperability and alignment with architectural guidelines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for understanding regulatory requirements pertinent to the Indian financial market, staying updated with industry trends, and providing SDLC support and quality assurance.
