Senior Tax Analyst

As a Tax Consultant at HERE Technologies, you will be responsible for preparing provisions of Corporate Tax for Group operating companies in various jurisdictions worldwide. You will work closely with external tax consultants to confirm tax positions and oversee tax compliances, including preparing annual corporate tax returns, provisional/advance tax filings, and withholding tax statements in over 20-25 jurisdictions. Your role will involve preparing monthly, half-yearly, and annual provisions for current tax and deferred tax assets/liabilities, as well as managing Assessment details for Direct tax. In this role, you will undertake tax compliances such as tax returns, tax audits, and filing corporate tax returns for group companies in assigned jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Tax consultants, interpret their advisory, and implement necessary changes in systems. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling any other International Tax Compliance tasks as assigned by management. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.Com/Inter CA/CA qualification with 2-3 years of experience or be a CA Fresher with end-to-end knowledge in managing various jurisdiction tax and statutory compliances. You should stay updated on Income tax provisions, deferred tax, and Advance Income Tax for different jurisdictions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. As a Tax Consultant, you will be expected to handle a variety of complex tasks within your area of responsibility, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to problem-solving. You should act with independence and discretion in routine matters, making decisions that impact your work. Accountability for quality, accuracy, and efficiency is crucial, as your actions and errors can have an impact on the functional area. This position is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
