Senior Tax Analyst

The incumbent needs to provides assistance to the APJ tax manager to meet the tax compliance deadlines for direct, indirect and transfer pricing local files. Specific duties include assisting to file all tax returns on a timely basis, posting tax entries, verifying source documents.

• Preparing tax returns (60%)

• Posting tax entries, tax reconciliations to accounts (20%)

• Preparing information for prior years tax audits and following up on tax refunds (20%)

• Bachelors Degree required.

• Other Education / Certifications: Profesional qualification eg. ACCA

• 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

• Able to converse and write effectively in English

• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
