Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Compliance-Validate and analyze*premium and claims data against contract wordings/agreements to ensure compliance
Financial Validation -Monitor financial numbers in Technical Accounting systems and identify adverse premium/claim trends from client data
Data Analysis-Develop data analysis summaries that aid decision-making across multiple cross-functional teams
Performance Management -Deliver consistently on operational commitments and key performance indicators to effectively manage cash flow
Effective Internal Collaboration-Collaborate with team members and take ownership of team activities in specific markets
Stakeholder Management-Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to strengthening client relationships, work effectively with multiple matrixed teams across Geographical Boundaries to implement best practices.
Knowledge Sharing -Act as a Subject Matter Expert and take initiative to enhance technical/process knowledge across the Technical Accounting team
