Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer (Hardware) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the field, with a focus on New Product Development, Electromechanical System Design, Automotive, AGVs, SLAM navigation or relevant skillsets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand the product needs and requirements.
• Define the technical architecture and integration of the electro-mechanical product, while ensuring that product is being delivered as per specification.
• Work with cross functional team and suppliers to ensure performance, reliability and safety of complex robotics system
• Create and perform verification tests to ensure zero design failure.
• Develop processes to ensure that design successes are repeated across product lines
• Follow the safety compliance requirements for different geographies while delivering the product
• Work with site teams to develop SOPs for the product installation and support. Ensure via design that cost to installation and support is minimum

• Experience with SLAM based products, embedded programming and sensor technologies
• Willingness to learn new & emerging technologies and deliver world class product

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering from Tier 1 institute with 4+ years of relevant work experience as a senior engineer in robotics/AGVs/EV industry.
• Experience in product development lifecycle management is required.
• International exposure and ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.
• Domain knowledge of Supply Chain/Warehouse Industry is preferable.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering from a top tier institute is necessary (master s degree would be an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for work to US, EU and other parts of South East Asia
