Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Oversee domain control systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Handle database management tasks such as backups, performance monitoring, and security.
Monitor and maintain the organization's networking infrastructure for seamless connectivity.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows-based machines across the organization.
Implement and oversee security protocols to protect IT infrastructure from threats.
Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT requirements for the US Healthcare domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
Expertise in server maintenance, domain control, and database management.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and related tools.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure in the US Healthcare domain is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
