Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019.
Proficiency in IIS Web Server management and MS SQL Server administration.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including email, security, and user management.
Experience with Azure services like virtual machines, storage, and networking.
Basic knowledge of Intune for device and application management.
Hands on experience in Azure DevOps
Proficient in DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network protocols.
Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery practices.
PowerShell or other scripting experience for automation.
Experience with network security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11.
Good understanding of security best practices, including patch management and anti-virus management.
Good troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve desktop and server issues.
Flexibility to work night shifts as required
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
