Senior System Administrator

Hope you are doing well.

We are looking to onboard a Mid-Level IT Support Associate to support and enhance our internal IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be capable of independently managing day-to-day IT support responsibilities across users, systems, and applications.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the IT team across a variety of systems and platforms, including:

• Extensive user support on

  Microsoft Office 365

  applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Troubleshooting and support for

  Windows 10/11

  environments
• Basic user administration in

  Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  and

  Google Workspace

• Experience with

  Microsoft Exchange Online

  mailbox creation, forwarding rules, transport rules
• Basic understanding of

  AWS IAM

  and permissions management
• Support for

  endpoint device management tools

  (Intune or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with

  Outlook mail flow troubleshooting

  ,

  SPAM filtering

  , and external email delivery checks
• Exposure to tools like

  Microsoft Teams

  ,

  Google Meet

  , and

  Zoom

  for virtual collaboration
• Comfort working with tools like

  PowerShell

  for automation and reporting tasks
• Proficient in client communication, especially with teams based in the US and UK.

This role is intended to provide both operational support and assistance with ongoing IT initiatives, including user setup automation, security policy rollouts, and third-party platform integrations.

The position is a night shift role located in Noida and offers a hybrid work model.

Hybrid: 2 weeks onsite and 2 weeks WFH
