Job Description

Manage the end-to-end release process, ensuring governance, control, and alignment with ITSM standards.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple applications, environments, and stakeholders.Work closely with Change Management to ensure all releases follow the appropriate change approval processes.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to understand dependencies and minimize deployment risk.Facilitate regular Release Management meetings and provide release dashboards and reports to stakeholders.Ensure appropriate documentation is in place including release plans, back-out procedures, and deployment scripts.Coordinate with QA and UAT teams to confirm successful test completion prior to deployment.Maintain and continuously improve the release calendar and release policy documentation.Lead release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.Identify risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
