Job Description

As a Senior Support resource at our company, your role will involve managing and providing advanced technical support for FEBA Retail Internet Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, and Etax applications (L2/L3). You will be responsible for resolving complex issues by analyzing logs, tables, coordinating with vendors, and guiding L2/L1 teams. Monitoring system performance, proactively addressing issues, and ensuring availability and reliability will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring closure of VAPT, AppSec, Compliance, IS Audit items within defined TAT. You will be the primary escalation point for complex issues and maintain stakeholder communication. Diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, along with documenting resolutions and preventive measures, will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve complex technical issues by analyzing logs, tables, coordinating with vendors, and guiding L2/L1 teams - Monitor system performance, proactively address issues, and ensure availability and reliability - Ensure closure of VAPT, AppSec, Compliance, IS Audit items within defined TAT - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and maintain stakeholder communication - Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve incidents; document resolutions and preventive measures - Collaborate with infra, dev, and third-party teams during incident resolution - Analyze recurring issues for root cause and recommend improvements - Participate in change management and post-deployment support activities - Maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and knowledge base - Generate reports on support metrics and communicate to management - Liaise between support team, IT Ops, and business clients for issue status - Ensure SLAs are consistently met and tasks are well coordinated - Mentor junior staff and promote best troubleshooting practices - Contribute to quality initiatives and continual improvement processes Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: B.E. / M.C.A. / M.Sc. (IT) - Skills Required: Java, J2EE, FEBA framework, Oracle 19c, Unix/AIX, SDLC, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, IHS, Finacle FEBA FSDP, Eclipse, Web Services, HTML5, Bootstrap, Version Control, Ticketing Tools - Project Management: Knowledge of SDLC and Change Management processes In this role, you will be expected to leverage your technical expertise to provide high-quality support and contribute to the continual improvement of our processes.
