Key Responsibilities

Provide production application support
Handle Incident, Change & Problem Management (ITIL)
Work on Unix/Linux, SQL, Python & Shell scripting
Monitor applications using Dynatrace & Autosys
Manage tickets via JIRA / ServiceNow
Support Cloud/DevOps environments (added advantage)
Participate in DR & Resiliency activities
Support business users with technical/functional queries

Skills Required

Technical Skills:

SQL, Python
Linux, Windows
Oracle / PostgreSQL
Bitbucket, Jenkins, Autosys

Nice to Have:

Dynatrace, Actimize

Behavioral Skills:

Education

Any Graduate / Engineering Graduate (Preferred)
