Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities.
• Guide students through the admission, visa, and application processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure smooth support.
• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of admission/visa processes for major destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).

2. Managers (5–10 yrs exp.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the counseling team to achieve business goals.
• Develop strategies to drive student recruitment and conversions.
• Ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in the education/overseas consultancy sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle targets and deliver results.
