Senior Student Enrollment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive admissions through effective communication, strong persuasion skills, and relationship-building.
• Manage end-to-end student enrollment, from inquiry handling to admissions closure.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Represent the institute professionally during student interactions, events, and partner meetings.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities to enhance institute's visibility and brand presence.
• Guide prospective students with clarity, confidence, and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of communication with a clear, engaging, and energetic voice tone.
• Generate growth-focused insights to support the management in decision-making and revenue improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,975.22 - ₹50,000.00 per month
