Job Description

Laurus Institute for Logistics is hiring two Student Counselors (Female Preferred) to support admissions, student handling, and academic operations. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a student-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about courses and career opportunities.

• Handle walk-ins, calls, inquiries, and guide them through the admission process.

• Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM/record updates.

• Assist with student onboarding, documentation, and orientations.

• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth daily operations.

• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets (incentive-based role).

• Represent the institute professionally during events and outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any discipline (Freshers can apply).

• Excellent communication in English & Malayalam.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Pleasant personality, proactive, and confident.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).

• Strong follow-up and student engagement skills.
