Job Summary:

Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify
incoming materials, components, and supplies as per purchase orders and create
Goods Receipt PO (GRPO)
in
SAP B1
.
Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions and record material movement in
SAP B1
.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in SAP B1, including batch numbers, bin locations, and UOM.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and assist in monthly and annual physical stock audits.
Coordinate with the purchasing, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth inward and outward material flow.
Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorders in SAP B1 as per minimum stock thresholds.
Ensure proper storage, segregation, labeling, and identification of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate records of
Goods Issue
,
Inventory Transfers
, and
Inventory Adjustments
in SAP B1.
Identify non-moving and obsolete stock and report to the management with corrective actions.
