Job Description

Provide exceptional guest service and support other departments.
Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Recommend menu items and promote upselling.
Supervise staff, ensure proper appearance, and provide training.

Support daily operations, events, and quality control.
Attend meetings and training, and perform other assigned duties.
