Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter / Waitress to serve guests by providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders in a timely manner, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Handle billing and payments accurately. Clear and clean tables after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Follow all health and safety regulations. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, beverages). Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Waiter / Waitress or similar role preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling payments. Positive attitude and teamwork spirit. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Training in hospitality or food service is an added advantage.
