Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: F&B Supervisors ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations. Cost Control: They monitor expenses, manage budgets, and look for ways to control costs without compromising service quality. Coordination with Kitchen and Other Departments: They work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery and coordinate with other departments like housekeeping and front desk.
