Senior Staff Software Engineer

You will be joining as a Senior Software Engineer in our development unit located in India, where you will be responsible for designing and developing our web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using Microsoft technologies. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to contribute to the growth and success of our product. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and development of complex web-based EHR systems using MVC, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies - Assisting in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in software design and coding standards - Implementing front-end components using MVC, React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0 - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create project plans, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions - Mentoring and guiding junior software engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in software development - Participating in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings - Keeping updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process Required qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies such as MVC, .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0 - Familiarity with SQL Server database management and performance optimization - Knowledge of MongoDB for specific services is a plus - Experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams, with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions - Strong communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Nice to have skills include: - React, Console App, Bootstrap, CSS 3.0, AWS, MongoDB, SSRS, and SQL Server Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.,
