Senior Staff Software Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing compliance reporting and deployment automation software, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to shape requirements, refine technical specifications, and assess feasibility. Additionally, you will contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring software solutions align with best practices and long-term system sustainability. Taking ownership of projects independently, you will proactively identify potential risks and drive solutions to completion. Furthermore, mentoring and supporting lower-level developers will be part of your role, providing code reviews, sharing best practices, and offering guidance when needed. You will also drive debugging and performance optimization efforts, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in applications and databases. Ensuring compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and documentation best practices will be crucial.
