Senior Staff Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will define the technical vision and direction for significant projects or platforms, helping to shape the company's technology strategy. You will lead the design and implementation of major software components, large-scale systems, and complex features, often involving cross-team collaboration. You will tackle the most challenging and complex technical problems, identifying and resolving issues that affect multiple projects or the entire engineering department. You will collaborate extensively with product managers, stakeholders, and other departments to align technical solutions with business requirements and deliver value. You will ensure high standards of code quality and reliability, often by providing feedback, reviewing code, and advocating for best practices and architectural consistency. You will contribute to high-level decision-making and can act as technical advisors to leadership, influencing the organization's technical trajectory.
