The Practice Lead for Cloud Native is expected to bring a strong foundation in deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud native application knowledge for the enterprise. As the Global Practice Lead Cloud Native, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Cloud Native practice globally. You will define the strategic direction, develop service offerings, drive innovation, and ensure delivery excellence across engagements. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud-native technologies, strong business acumen, and proven leadership in managing global teams and client relationships. The role focuses on thought leadership, pre-sales, and intellectual property creation in the arena of an cloud and automation consulting practice. Additionally, the Practice contributes to the optimization of service delivery and delivery processes. You will not be managing consultant resources, the scheduling of customer delivery jobs, or the financial aspects of revenue attainment from delivery.
About the Team
The Global Practice Lead will matrix-manage a global team that focuses on solution sales and delivery of professional services. As a leader and strategic thinker, you will lead by example how to deliver customer value and success. You will work together with applicable Product Managers to craft solutions that drive new product adoption. The candidate will possess knowledge of the solution sales process and outcome through the origination, closing of services sales opportunities, and influencing delivery of outcomes.
