Senior Specialist - Sales

• Execute a sales strategy provided by the leadership that aligned with our organizational goals and positions us for sustained growth
• Track the sales details and provide observations to the leadership
• Your success will be measured by results, so setting and achieving ambitious targets is paramount
• Work closely with our marketing team to ensure synergy and alignment between sales and marketing efforts
• Document the sales process and updates regularly
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of International BPO experience as a subject matter expert
• 2 years of experience in sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Ready to work during US shift hours (India Night shift) is essential for this role
• Candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work
