Senior Specialist- Release Management

As a Senior Specialist in Release Management at the Leading Global MNC in Gurugram, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Experience in working with projects in waterfall, Agile, Iterative, or hybrid project execution models. - Development of project plans, estimates, scoping, and requirements. - Communication of project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, and requirements between different teams. - Planning the release of project deliverables and overseeing the release life cycle. - Coordination of release schedule and resources required based on third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates. - Identification of risks that could potentially delay the project/release and effective management to ensure the scope, schedule, and quality of the release remain intact. - Tracking the progress, identifying issues, and continuously working towards process improvement. - Ensuring that project releases are planned according to the specified requirements. - Scheduling release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be required to collaborate with the Global Application team to coordinate and manage the release/deployment for their APIs and Applications. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Release Manager or Change Manager. - College graduate degree from a reputed organization. - Strong communication skills.
