Senior Specialist Quality Assurance

You have 12-15 years of experience in the role of SQA, SEPG, and Metrics Function. Your skills include expert knowledge of CMMI SVC & DEV, ISO 20K and ISO 27K, ISMS, PIMS, HIPAA, Software Quality Assurance, Process Improvement & Definition, Data Privacy - GDPR & Six Sigma Green/Black belt would be an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in implementing various improvement standards like ISO, Models like CMMI SVC/DEV model till Maturity Level 5 - Added advantage if performed ATM role in at least one CMMI Appraisal - Experience in implementing ISO 20K & 27K, PIMS, Data Privacy standards and managing, conducting & reporting internal audits results - Process definition - Process implementation & facilitation - Process Implementation Reviews - Metrics data collection, Analysis, and creation of Process Performance Baselines & Models - Status Reporting - Familiarity with tools/applications such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Minitab, Crystal Ball, Process Model etc. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in CMMI SVC & DEV, ISO standards, and Data Privacy regulations - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Minitab, Crystal Ball - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - People skills including understanding, approachability, coaching mindset, self-starter, and go-getter attitude The company values fluency in written and verbal communication in English, along with people skills like understanding, approachability, a coach mindset, self-starter, and go-getter attitude.
