Senior Specialist Quality Assurance

As an experienced professional with 12-15 years of experience in SQA, SEPG, and Metrics functions, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrating expert knowledge of CMMI SVC & DEV, ISO 20K, ISO 27K, ISMS, PIMS, HIPAA, Software Quality Assurance, Process Improvement & Definition, Data Privacy (GDPR), and Six Sigma Green/Black belt (added advantage). - Implementing various improvement standards such as ISO and models like CMMI SVC/DEV model up to Maturity Level 5. - Performing the ATM role in at least one CMMI Appraisal would be an added advantage. - Implementing ISO 20K & 27K, PIMS, Data Privacy standards, and managing, conducting, and reporting internal audit results. - Defining processes and facilitating their implementation. - Conducting Process Implementation Reviews. - Collecting metrics data, analyzing it, and creating Process Performance Baselines & Models. - Providing status reports based on the analysis. - Utilizing tools/applications such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Minitab, Crystal Ball, and Process Model for efficient process management. In addition to the technical skills required for this role, you should also possess the following soft skills: - Fluency in written and verbal communication in English is a must. - Demonstrating strong people skills including understanding, approachability, a coach mindset, self-starter attitude, and being a go-getter. - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other applications like Visio would be beneficial for effective performance in this role.,
