Senior Specialist - Product Implementation

You will be working as a Senior Specialist - Product Implementation at Bengaluru, handling the Implementation - ME responsibilities at Greytip. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding customers by interacting with them, understanding their needs, configuring the application accordingly, conducting user training, and providing support for two months after implementation. Your key responsibilities will include acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of greytHR, building strong customer relationships, providing knowledge and training on product features, handling customer escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project completion for continuous improvement in the implementation process. To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to support all aspects of customer implementations. You will be required to define project implementation plans, prioritize and escalate issues when necessary, develop and maintain best practices, document procedures, and work with the development team to enhance product functionality.
