Senior Specialist - Photographer

• Manage a team of photographers, editors & stylists
• Strong knowledge of photo/video editing tools, compression techniques, and content formatting.
• Proficient in managing schedules, coordinating photoshoots, and working with cross-functional teams and TAT.
• Knowledge on post-processing and content creation.
• Familiarity with MIS, P&L, and reporting processes.
• Assigning daily tasks to team and making weekly reports on tasks.
• A creative mindset with a strong editorial sense and an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage vendors and ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain a network of reliable vendors for photography services and equipment rentals to ensure seamless execution of shoots.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience
• Bachelors degree in any field
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs .

• Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Luxury Lifestyle Shoots

• Maintaining overall TAT
• Ensuring Service related and F&B images to be on the property listing
• Quality score of 60+ for all properties going live onboarding Freelancers 6 photographer every quarter
• Team scorecards and MIS in TAT
