What can you expect
  • Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery
  • Understands Pensions and will not have defined set of rules and procedures when it comes to de-risking work.
  • Escalates delays appropriately
  • Ensures quality of data provided by taking end to end responsibility of process delivery.
  • Self learning and will be required to use analytical tools and techniques.

  • Identifying anomalies in member data provided and to generate revenue opportunities
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of Word/Excel
  • Gathers knowledge through on the job training
Education:
Graduate (Commerce preferable)
Eligibility: Graduate with 4-6 years of experience
Desirable: Experience in DB Pensions and PMI Qualifications will be added advantage
