Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
a. Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360
b. Create storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials for learning projects
c. Ensure all learning content aligns with JLL's brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Collaboration and Strategy
a. Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop instructional strategies
b. Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning program effectiveness
Project Management
a. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
b. Stay current with instructional design best practices and emerging technologies
Sounds like you To apply, you need to have:
8-10 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment
Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite, including Storyline and Rise
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging ways
Experience with multimedia content creation (audio, video, graphics)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Basic project management skills
