Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Technology Services Senior Specialist with expertise in Database Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Define, track, and meet ambitious KPIs and SLAs for high-quality day-to-day service delivery.
Provide advanced technical expertise in database technologies, particularly HANA, supporting HANA/ASE/MSSQL environments.
Handle major incidents, troubleshoot service failures, manage downtime scenarios, and work on customer landscapes to enhance performance stability.
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and deliver proactive operations services with effective alert-reduction programs.
Safeguard system reliability through proactive monitoring, incident management, and comprehensive root-cause analysis.
Manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Technology Services, focusing on Database Management.
Expertise in HANA, ASE, MSSQL, and Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience implementing preventive measures and stabilizing complex SAP environments.
Ability to diagnose system issues effectively using logs, traces, and alert outputs.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and managed service offerings.
A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required.
