As a Senior Specialist in Corporate Sales at StayVista, your role is crucial in driving business growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for driving corporate room sales and achieving assigned revenue targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying, acquiring, and developing new corporate accounts - Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business - Conducting regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to generate leads - Negotiating contracts, RFP, and corporate rate agreements - Collaborating with operations and reservation teams to ensure a smooth guest experience - Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and preparing periodic sales reports To excel in this role, you should be a Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years of hotel sales experience with a corporate/B2B focus. Strong existing corporate network is preferred, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should be able to work independently, achieve targets, and be proficient in MS Office and CRM Tools.
