Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist in Revenue at StayVista, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and market expansion. Your main responsibilities will include driving corporate room sales, achieving revenue targets, acquiring and developing new corporate accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting sales calls and client visits, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations and reservation teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. You will also be responsible for tracking market trends, competitor activities, and preparing sales reports. Proven expertise in handling premium clientele, MICE events, weddings, celebrations, or high-end hospitality sales will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through Corporates - Increase Stay GBV for Residences Qualifications Required: - Strong existing corporate network preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and achieve targets - Proficient in MS Office, CRM Tools - 3-6 years of hotel sales experience (corporate/B2B focus) - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field Additional Details: This position may also include tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management as determined by organizational needs.
