As a Specialist Client Success at Verticurl, you will work with assigned clients and stakeholders for digital marketing campaign planning and execution. Your primary focus will be ensuring the success of key accounts, maintaining relationship health, and delivering services to support Verticurl's global clients. Your expertise in marketing operations and email/digital marketing will enable you to manage clients' digital campaigns to the highest standard. Collaborating with clients to understand their business, KPIs, opportunities, and challenges will help them maximize their MarTech investments with Verticurl's services. Additionally, you will closely work with the production and campaign delivery team, clients' success manager, and other cross-functional teams to provide excellent service delivery, campaign planning, and executions. - Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and executions - Provide constructive solutions for marketing automation platforms and oversee end-to-end digital delivery in collaboration with the marketing team - Maintain and communicate project plans, manage status meetings and updates - Conduct campaign measurement and reporting activities, including measurement planning, post-launch monitoring, campaign report delivery, and communication with key stakeholders - Collaborate with supporting functions such as production, IT, and fulfillment, as well as project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaign strategies, and execution calendars - Support the growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization - Working knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies like Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
