Senior Specialist - Client Success

Role Overview: As a Specialist Client Success at Verticurl, you will be responsible for working with assigned clients and related stakeholders for digital marketing campaign planning and execution. Your main focus will be to ensure the success of key accounts, maintain relationship health, and deliver services to support Verticurl's global clients. Your deep expertise in marketing operations and email/digital marketing domains will enable you to manage clients" digital campaigns to the highest standard. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business, KPIs, opportunities, and challenges, helping them maximize their MarTech investments with Verticurl's services. Additionally, you will closely work with the production and campaign delivery team, clients" success manager, and other cross-functional teams to provide excellent service delivery, campaign planning, and executions. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and executions - Work closely with the marketing team to provide constructive solutions for their marketing automation platforms and oversee end-to-end digital delivery - Maintain and communicate project plans, manage status meetings and updates - Conduct campaign measurement and reporting activities, including measurement planning, post-launch monitoring, campaign report delivery, and communication with key stakeholders - Collaborate with supporting functions such as production, IT, and fulfillment, as well as project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaign strategies, and execution calendars - Support the growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and working in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization - Working knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies such as Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Certification in these technologies is a significant advantage - Experience in supporting large enterprise clients and multinational organizations - Fluent in English, with knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese considered a plus for North America,
