Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at GreyOrange, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing cutting-edge fulfillment solutions that revolutionize how businesses meet customer demands. You will leverage AI, robotics, and machine learning to orchestrate tasks and workflows efficiently, ensuring optimal performance across distribution centers. By utilizing the GreyMatter Fulfillment Operating System and Ranger robot series, you will continuously prioritize decisions to meet customer expectations in real-time. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions tailored to GreyOrange products and support equipment, engaging clients on technical solutions, and obtaining technical sign-offs. You will utilize your analytical skills in Advanced MS Excel and data processing tools to optimize operations, while also working on AutoCAD to validate and make necessary changes in drawings. Attention to detail, adherence to documentation standards, and effective communication with team members and peers are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have 4-8 years of experience in the warehouse industry and hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree from a reputable engineering institute. A solid understanding of warehousing and material handling technologies, along with strong communication skills, will be beneficial. Your ability to meet deadlines, use appropriate tools effectively, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach will contribute to the success of our solutions.
