As a Senior Solutions Architect at our IT company in Chandigarh, you will be entrusted with the pivotal role of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing IT solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with a variety of cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that technical solutions align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Design & Architecture: Create scalable, high-performance, and secure IT solutions that effectively address both business and technical requirements. - Technical Leadership: Offer valuable technical guidance to development teams, advocating for best practices in software architecture, cloud computing, and security. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with business leaders, clients, and internal teams to comprehend requirements thoroughly and deliver groundbreaking solutions. - Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Architect cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, focusing on optimizing cost, security, and performance. - Integration & API Management: Develop and implement robust integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between diverse enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Security & Compliance: Guarantee that all solutions adhere strictly to security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry compliance requirements. - Technology Evaluation: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's solutions. - Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training sessions for developers and stakeholders. - Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, software development, and cloud technologies. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in designing enterprise applications using Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js. Experience with microservices architecture, SOA, and event-driven architecture. - Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and API gateways. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. - Experience in AI/ML, IoT, or Blockchain technologies.
