Description
You will actively participate in the design and execution of enhancements and projects within your area of competency for Stryker divisions. Your responsibilities will include managing ITSM processes such as change management, incident management, and problem management. It will be your duty to ensure service management KPIs are well-maintained, timely issue identification, resolution, handling escalation, and ensuring process consistency. Additionally, you will proactively engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce ticket count. You will manage internal stakeholders at various levels and oversee the governance of managed services suppliers. Independently, you will support business operations and handle enhancements and small projects related to SAP-MM & ARIBA module. Your role will also involve ensuring seamless integration between the Project team, Support team, and the business community. You will be responsible for communicating functional and process requirements to the development team by creating and maintaining design/technical documents. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in SAP S4 HANA MM configuration and implementation is required. You should have experience leading teams for projects for at least 3 years and demonstrate the ability to independently drive initiatives and projects from inception to completion. Your knowledge of IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development, along with an understanding of global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection, and implementation planning is crucial. Exposure and understanding of business functions like finance, purchase, inventory management, distribution, and Intercompany transfers are also essential.
