Role Overview

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of performance analysts in monitoring, analysis, and operational response for solar PV and BESS assets. - End-to-End Monitoring & Performance Analysis of

central/string inverters, combiner boxes, strings, and optimizers, including underperformance detection ,root-cause diagnostics, and actionable insights. - BESS Expertise Grid availability, charge/discharge

scheduling, KPI tracking, and hybrid Solar + BESS optimization. - Manage operations workflows: case ticket lifecycle, PM audits, technician safety compliance, and smart dispatch planning to reduce redundant

truck rolls. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and technical presentations for internal teams and client stakeholders. - Configure monitoring portal alerts, analyze events, and track site performance

to proactively mitigate issues. - Utilize PV simulation tools such as PVsyst or equivalents for performance modeling, scenario analysis, and benchmarking. - Understand and interpret site drawings, layouts, and

electrical schematics to optimize monitoring and performance insights. - Conduct weekly client interactions, reporting on site performance, ongoing events, and action plans. - Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders with KPI benchmarking, energy gap analysis, and recommendations. - Collaborate with internal development teams for API integrations and workflow automation across multiple monitoring platforms. - Facilitate site onboarding, baseline performance verification, and O&M readiness planning.

Qualifications

management. - Strong knowledge of inverters, combiner boxes, strings, optimizers, and BESS systems. -

Experience creating dashboards, technical presentations, and detailed reports. - Proficiency in

monitoring platforms, PV simulation tools (PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.), and workflow automation tools. -

Understanding of site drawings, layouts, and electrical schematics.
