Position Title: Senior Solar Design Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Pay: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Design Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the solar industry. You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of solar power systems. Responsibilities include solar plant design, shadow analysis, layout creation, component selection, structure layout drawings, and BOM preparation. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, with strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design solar power systems using CAD, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Perform shadow analysis and optimize system layouts.
• Select system components (inverters, ACDB/DCDB, HT equipment).
• Prepare structure layout drawings and SLDs.
• Develop BOMs and ensure designs meet codes and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support installation and commissioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in solar PV design.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and PV technology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD and design tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
