Senior Software Tester

Role Overview: As a Test Automation Developer, you will be responsible for performing Analysis and Design, design reviews, and development for test automation. You will need to comply with established version control practices and coding standards. In instances where there is a need to expand the team's capacity for test automation development, you will be required to prepare and hand off analysis and design of test automation to offshore resources for development and act as a liaison to those resources for the team. Regular evaluation of the overall test automation suites and making decisions related to the application of test automation strategies for assigned projects will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to meet established deadlines for project work both directly and through others. Collaborating with the Test CoE to recommend/request enhancements to the existing framework(s) where appropriate is also part of the job responsibilities. Clear and concise verbal and written communication within collaborative, self-organizing teams is crucial. You should possess an eye on the prize mentality when guiding a product from ideation to production. Having a passion for moving testing left by assisting in gathering and analyzing business requirements for development team consumption is expected. A pragmatic strategy for handling cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive layout testing will also be essential in your role.
