Responsibilities Perform ServiceNow upgrades patching and testing to ensure platform stability and performance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and refine technical requirements Provide technical expertise and solutions for automation and business process improvements Work with stakeholders to gather requirements create technical specifications and provide functional support Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality Ensure adherence to best practices security protocols and change management processes Required Skills Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration Handson experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident Management Service Catalog Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices Experience with integration techniques including REST SOAP web services and data importsexports Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade methodologies and patch management Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD or similar certifications are a plus
